Naza Corp Holdings Sdn Bhd announced Datuk Azman Marzuki as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of Naza Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (Naza EC) effective Jan 6, 2020. He will spearhead and oversee current and future projects undertaken by the company.
The new CEO for Naza EC , Datuk Azman Marzuki has a vast amount of experience working in the construction and engineering industries
“His experience extends to the development and construction of buildings such as hotels, hospitals, prime office and residential townships, and in infrastructure such as highways, bridges, water and wastewater facilities and in marine structures,” Naza said in a statement.
His academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the IMD Business School in Switzerland and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Honours from Wollongong University, Australia.
Previously working at Ahmad Zaki Resources Sdn Bhd
Datuk Azman Marzuki was previously the deputy managing director of Ahmad Zaki Resources Sdn Bhd where he has been working since 2012. He held the position as executive director where he had played a role in supporting the managing director in the entire spectrum of business performance with a focus on business growth, project operations and financial management of projects.
Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad is an investment holding company. It provides contractor services for civil and structural construction works, operates in property development, and trades oils, gases, marine fuels, lubricants, and petroleum-based products.
Naza Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd had completed various projects
Established in 2010, Naza Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd is the construction arm of the Naza Group of Companies. The company had completed various projects ranging from residential and commercial units to office buildings. Some of the projects done by Naza EC are Bukit Jalil Aquatic Center, Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Center (MITEC) and Menara Naza, TTDI to name a few.
