This groundbreaking collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Ms Christina Leong, Executive Director of Infra Mobile Digital Sdn Bhd, and Terry Lee, Chief Executive Officer of FMC Greenland Sdn Bhd, at the ASEAN Business Forum (ABF) 2024 held at the Pernas Auditorium Tun Rahah in Bangsar South City.

The MoU signifies a commitment to leveraging AI-driven insights to improve retail experiences, operational effectiveness, and supply chain efficiency. This collaboration is expected to yield substantial benefits for BMS Organics, optimizing various facets of their operations.
Designed to be a comprehensive solution for retailers, SERO-AI offers advanced analytics and personalized AI assistance. In his keynote speech, YB Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaacob highlighted the importance of digital health in addressing the rising demand for quality healthcare services in ASEAN. He emphasized that digital transformation could make healthcare more accessible and cost-effective, particularly in marginalized areas.The former Prime Minister also noted that the Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated investment in tech-enabled healthcare services like telehealth and predictive analytics in Southeast Asia.
The ASEAN Business Forum 2024 brought together over 250 delegates from 10 ASEAN countries and China to discuss crucial topics such as digital transformation, trade and investment opportunities, supply chain resilience, human capital development, green growth, climate action, regulatory and business environments, tourism, hospitality, and healthcare biotechnology.
The forum was co-organised by the ASEAN Retail-Chains & Franchise Federation (ARFF), the Malaysia Digital Chamber of Commerce (MDCC), and the Chartered Institute of Digital Economy (CIDE).
