In today’s competitive job market, possessing qualifications does not necessarily guarantee a career opportunity. Fortunes vary greatly among individuals, and for Saipol Azimir Zainuddin, choosing to leave school after only Grade 6 did not hinder his success.
Instead, it marked the beginning of a journey towards becoming a nationally recognized farmer. Through sheer perseverance, Saipol Azimir earned millions from selling cows.

He left school after completing Standard 6 to follow his dream of becoming a farmer. However, due to financial constraints, he initially worked as a construction worker.
His journey to success began when he bought his first calf for RM450 with his initial salary of RM750. He continued purchasing a calf each month until he turned 18.
“By the time I was 18, I already had 300 cows. During that time, my father and I raised and sold cows to villagers. I saved up all the profit made because it has always been my dream to own a farm,” he shared.
His efforts were recognized nationally when he received the Anugerah Peladang Jaya Peringkat Kebangsaan. Today, Saipol is a family man and currently owns 400 – 500 cattle cows, earning him the title of ‘cow millionaire’ due to his impressive income, especially during the Eid-al-Adha festival.
To expand his business, Saipol took out a RM100,000 loan through Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang (LPP) and Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan (PPK) Kuala Langat. Both organizations have significantly aided him in marketing and promoting his business nationwide. He was also the recipient of the Young Agropreneur Grant in 2017.
Saipol continues to offer livestock farming courses, encouraging young individuals to seize the opportunity to launch their own farming projects.
His story is a testament to the power of hard work and vision in achieving extraordinary success.
