In a significant move, PAS has unveiled its exclusive superapp, called MyOnePas. The superapp which was launched during the 69th annual congress offers various features related to the Islamist party including membership management, donation portals, and event listings, tailored for PAS supporters.
The first political party in the country to introduce a super app
PAS Secretary-General, Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan, highlighted that MyOnePas isn’t limited to party members – it’s accessible to everyone, providing non-confidential information. One of its standout features is an integrated e-wallet, allowing users to make monthly donations seamlessly. Additionally, users can check prayer times, find the qibla direction, and explore various payment methods.
“We are the first political party in the country to introduce a super app to enable our supporters to donate virtually,” he said in a press conference last Saturday.
MyOnePas also functions as an e-wallet
Through a strategic collaboration with MPay and Mastercard, MyOnePas boasts diverse payment options. These include co-branded Mastercards, debit cards, and e-wallet functionalities, ensuring convenience for both domestic and international transactions.
Furthermore, MyOnePas offers financial flexibility. The e-wallet permits transactions up to RM 25,000, while the Mastercard has a limit of RM 10,000, granting users a total financial flexibility of up to RM 35,000 through the app.
Excitingly, PAS aims to complete the application process and integration by November 24, marking a significant step towards enhancing PAS member engagement and financial interactions within the party.
The MyOnePas application, developed by PAS’s own company, Pay Tech Sdn Bhd, is now accessible for Android users since October 21. iOS users can anticipate its availability starting November 24.
