Nine outstanding Malaysian firms have proudly secured their positions in Forbes Asia’s prestigious annual list of Best Under A Billion 2023. This recognition highlights 200 dynamic Asia-Pacific public enterprises, each with revenue under US$1 billion (approximately RM4.57 billion), that have showcased remarkable growth in both their top and bottom lines.
The selected nine Malaysian companies featured in Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion 2023 list are Frontken Corp Bhd, Greatech Technology Bhd, Harbour-Link Group Bhd, Kim Loong Resources Corp Bhd, QES Group Bhd, Scicom (MSC) Bhd, Thong Guan Industries Bhd, Uchi Technologies Bhd, and ViTrox Corp Bhd.
As noted by Forbes Asia, the yearly compilation of the Best Under A Billion list acknowledges 200 small- and medium-sized publicly traded companies within the region. These enterprises have demonstrated exceptional performance, surpassing significant global challenges such as inflation and escalating funding expenses.
Frontken Corp Bhd, Greatech Technology Bhd, Thong Guan Industries Bhd and Harbour-Link Group Bhd are among nine Malaysian companies making this year’s list of Forbes Asia’s best publicly-traded small and medium firms.
The list also features other top Malaysian companies driving the digital transformation of vital sectors such as healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing. They are Kim Loong Resources Corp Bhd, QES Group Bhd, Scicom (MSC) Bhd, Uchi Technologies Bhd, and ViTrox Corp Bhd.
As the world navigates the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses that rely on consumer spending have experienced a welcome surge in sales, signalling a promising rebound. Notably, this year’s Best Under A Billion list welcomes back 58 returnees from the previous year, showcasing their consistent excellence and growth.
