How to renew your business SSM certificate via EzBiz



- Go to ezbiz.ssm.com.my/ and sign in with your registered account.
- Click My Business Services, and click Renewal by Owners.
- You will find your business details on the next page, including the expiry date of your business.
- Select your business that is listed, and under the Action tab, click the Edit button
- If you’re paying for any compound, tick the box on Compound Amount
- Tick the Declaration box.
- Click Proceed to Payment and get ready for the payment process.
- Upon successful transaction, you can click Download Certificate to print your Perakuan Perniagaan (Borang E)
How much are the fees?
- Business renewal
- Personal Name = RM30.00 per year
- Trade Name = RM60.00 per year
- Branch(s) = RM5.00 per year for each branch
- Business information = RM10.00
What is the mode of payment?
You can make an online payment via:
- Credit card, and
- FPX (Financial Process Exchange – Online banking)
