Petronas e-payment app Setel has launched its new delivery service feature called Setel Express. The express delivery service that was previously known as Logistika specialises in intra/inter-state deliveries, with 24-hour, next-day delivery intracity. The service currently operates through 12 Petronas petrol stations across Klang Valley, Johor and Penang – as its hubs. The new express delivery service is aiming to expand the list to 30 hubs nationwide by the end of 2022.
Setel Express has been incorporated into Setel’s ecosystem. Meaning, customers are able to arrange for delivery and make payments directly through the Petronas e-payment Setel app. With a minimum payment of RM5 per parcel, customers can choose from four types of deliveries:
- Door to door: From sender’s doorsteps directly to recipient’s address
- Point to door: From a Setel Express hub to recipient’s address
- Point to point: From a Setel Express hub to another Setel Express hub near to recipient
- Door to point: From sender’s doorsteps to a Setel Express hub near to recipient
However, “Point to Point” and “Door to Point” deliveries are not yet available at the moment as the service currently caters to businesses and merchants that are sending parcels in bulk.

You can check the postcode list to ensure if your location is included within Setel Express’ service coverage by clicking here. If your postcode is not listed, you can request more coverage. Please note that they are in the midst of expanding the coverage.
Furthermore, if you are interested to be their partner, you can do so by following these steps:
- Register your details on Setel Express page.
- Your designated account manager will get in touch with you within two working days of registration.
- You can start shipping with Setel Express immediately, and only manage payment later on.
