The name is derived from the Japanese word “Kanzen” which means Perfection and Completeness. The new initiative is aimed at providing a holistic platform that is affordable and customizable according to the client’s needs.
Kanzen Suite offers a wide range of functionality which allows users to create a tailor-made knowledge base that caters to multiple facets of their business and helps users leverage on scalability where more complex processes, custom modules or even integrating with other applications come in handy.
Kanzen Suite ensures the CRM system is scalable, utilizing Amazon’s cloud infrastructure for fast & easy deployment to users. The solution also enables users to create custom Sales/Tickets pipelines that are customizable to suit their business practices and requirements.
Aside from that, the Kanzen Suite solution provides comprehensive reporting based on tracked metrics, user handling, and allows clients to dive deep into their customers’ behavior as well as identifying potential pain-points to improve cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Plan C is currently working on integrating Kanzen Suite with multiple social media chat applications.
