1 Utama Shopping Centre has officially launched its e-Wallet and online shopping portal ONESHOP.com.my. It is the first retail mall in Malaysia to develop its very own digital e-Wallet and e-Commerce platform.
The 1PAY e-wallet is an enhancement of 1 Utama’s existing loyalty programme ONECARD Privileges. 1Pay users need only scan and pay with their e-Wallet while earning instant ONECARD loyalty points known as UPoints.
You can store up to RM1,500 in cash balance

The E-wallet service allows up to a maximum of RM1,500 cash balance to be stored. Other features include options to link debit, credit cards, bank accounts, top-ups, receiving and transferring to other e-Wallet users and e-Voucher rewards.
Creating a cashless society

The new 1 Utama e-Wallet and e-Commerce platforms are in line with Bank Negara’s 10-year roadmap towards a cashless society. The mall also hopes to become a driving force in efforts to digitalise the retail mall landscape.
1Pay currently has 25,000 immediate users

Since ONECARD was launched in 2006, it’s gained a cardholder base of 480,000 members. 1PAY currently has 25,000 immediate users and targets to have 50% of ONECARD members to use 1PAY by December 2020. Besides 1 Utama, 1PAY can also be used at participating merchants in Bandar Utama including those at One World Hotel, Centrepoint and The Club.
Pay parking fees electronically with 1Pay

In the future, 1PAY should be able to be used for topping up parking credits and paying parking fees electronically.
