Datuk Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman, the director and founder of D’Herbs Holding (M) Sdn. Bhd. prove that age is not a factor for people not to strive their way to success. Famous with the tagline ‘Terlajak Laris’, he has been working way too hard to build his own mansion.
With his passion, he was able to build a huge mansion worth RM 43mil on an area of nearly 40,000 sq ft in Petaling Jaya. Let’s take a look the inside of his mansion.
1. His huge house has over 30 rooms!

The total number of rooms in his mansion is over 30 rooms. That includes a master bedroom, guest bedrooms, dining room, gym, secure room, wardrobe, shoe room, prayer room and more. The interesting fact is, each bedroom has its own toilet!
2. A separate closet to store his designer shoes

As Datuk Aliff Syukri loves collecting designer shoes, he purposely built a separate shoe closet to store his collection. It is said that he has more than 1,500 pairs of shoes.
3. The entertainment room was designed by TGV

There are also entertainment rooms, mini cinemas and mini karaoke rooms. The cinema room was designed and produced by TGV.
4. Most of the furniture is custom-made and specially imported from overseas.

A total of three containers are required to move custom-made furniture specially imported from overseas – including Italy, Spain, London and Jakarta. Among them are Fendi chairs and Versace furniture. According to Datuk Aliff Syukri, the Versace furniture is limited and only have three units in the world.
5. Arabic and Italian garden concept

The mansion also has a lift, swimming pool, fish pond and guesthouses. The spacious garden is decorated with date palm.
6. Royal modern classic concept

A uniquely royal modern classic home designed by his personal interior designer who has over 30 years experience and qualification from a UK university.
7. Glamorous staircase adapting Kuala Lumpur Renaaissance Hotel concept

The main staircase idea was taken from the Kuala Lumpur Renaissance Hotel concept and the pillars in front of the house were from Hotel St. Regis concept. The contractor in charge of building this house is the same contractor who built the Mandarin Oriental KL Hotel.
8. You will not believe how much the chandelier cost

The most interesting part about the house is obviously the majestic chandelier! Located on top of the main staircase, the chandelier was bought from Italy that worth RM 1mil.
