Everything went well until something drastic happened in 2016. His business started to collapse and he can’t afford to sustain it. It was all started with a project that he had done where he didn’t get the payment for it. What made it even worst was when his business partner cheated on him.
He couldn’t afford to pay the suppliers and workers. The bank kept on sending warning notice for him to settle the debt and unsettled loans.
3. Property on auction due to bankruptcy
Due to the loans and debts, the bank had to put all his properties on auction. He decided to hire a credible lawyer to get back all the pending payment from the previous project and the case took years to settle. But in the end, he had to close the case due to financial problem. The legal fee has accumulated around RM 100,000 and he can’t afford anymore.
